User Agreement

Welcome to TradeHub (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the Platform, governing your rights and obligations when using the Platform's services. Please read this Agreement carefully to ensure you understand and agree to all its terms. 1. Acceptance of the Agreement By registering, logging in, or using the Platform's services, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, you should immediately stop using the Platform's services. 2. Account Registration and Management 2.1 You must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information for registration, and update it promptly when information changes. 2.2 You should properly keep your account password and be responsible for all operations performed using your account. 2.3 If you find that your account is being used illegally by others, you should immediately notify the Platform. 3. Service Content 3.1 The Platform provides services such as trade information display, enterprise verification, information publishing, email services, system notifications, and recharge. 3.2 The Platform has the right to adjust service content according to business needs without prior notice to users. 4. User Conduct Rules 4.1 You should comply with laws and regulations and not use the Platform for illegal activities. 4.2 You shall not publish false information or content that infringes on others' intellectual property or privacy. 4.3 You shall not interfere with the normal operation of the Platform or damage platform security. 5. Intellectual Property 5.1 All content of the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, trademarks, logos, etc., are protected by intellectual property laws. 5.2 Without the Platform's authorization, you shall not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content of the Platform. 6. Privacy Protection The Platform attaches great importance to user privacy protection, see the Privacy Policy. 7. Disclaimer The Platform is not responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, or legality of the information content published by users, see the Disclaimer. 8. Modification of the Agreement The Platform has the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The modified Agreement will be published on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform's services indicates acceptance of the modified Agreement. 9. Termination of Services 9.1 If you violate this Agreement, the Platform has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to you. 9.2 You can apply to cancel your account at any time to terminate the use of the Platform's services. 10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution The formation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of dispute, both parties shall negotiate to resolve it; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with a competent people's court. 11. Other Provisions 11.1 This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and the Platform, replacing all previous oral or written agreements. 11.2 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of other provisions. 11.3 The Platform's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
